The Cottonwood Ranch clubhouse, community pool, and hot tub boast beautiful views of the Mingus Mountains and are available for guest use for an affordable and worthwhile fee.
Community Pool & Hot Tub: The pool is heated March 1st through October 31st of each year. The hours are 6:30am to 9pm. Heating schedule hours are subject to change. Guests will need to have an orientation in the clubhouse to get registered with a $100 fee for the fob which we will reimburse.
Community Pool & Hot Tub: ***Please note that the HOA requires a $100 non-refundable fee to use the clubhouse and pool/hot tub*** The owner will reimburse. The form for guest to fill out is the clubhouse.They require a 15-minute orientation to go over all the rules (Let them know you are staying at an Airbnb so the orientation will be shorter). Guests MUST call ahead 928-649-1730 to schedule appt. Appointments can only be scheduled Mondays through Fridays,and on weekends if appointment is set ahead of time. They are very strict and will expect all rules to be followed. Renters will be given a temporary key fob to be able to access the clubhouse. The HOA does not allow "guests of guests" so make sure that the people using the facilities are identified as "renters" of the property not "visitors". Also note that the Clubhouse is 0.6 mile from the house and it is recommended to drive there.
COMMUNITY POOL & HOT TUB: The pool is heated March 1st through November 1st (subjective to weather/outdoor temperatures, subject to change by the HOA). The hours are 6:30am to 9pm.
