Perfect for a relaxing family vacation or a change of scenery when working from home! Enjoy the huge lakefront yard perfect for outdoor games. Kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor games, and fishing poles all free for your use. Great fishing and boating right from the house, or take a relaxing walk or bike ride in our quiet neighborhood. Community park within walking distance has playground, tennis, playing fields, and walking track. Located in Greenhurst NY just south of Bemus Point, our home is also a great base to explore the restaurants, shops, hiking, golfing, wineries, ski resorts, and other attractions of the Chautauqua region.
