The basement is perfect for a family: one queen bedroom with sliding doors which open onto a tv room with a pull-out full sofa and a full bath. The main space is (25' x 40') a breathtaking open concept kitchen, dining room (seating for 10 inside) and living room with a fireplace, a huge kitchen island where everyone will gather, and multiple seating possibilities for finishing those puzzles, reading books, playing card games, and so on. The laundry/mud room connects to the outdoor shower to wash off sand from the beach - a ten minute walk down Harbert Road! It's quiet, elegant, and a place you'll want to return to again and again.
