The condo is in upscale beautiful Paradise Valley ( borders North Scottsdale) in gated Marbeya Condominiums , a very quiet safe residential area. Upscale homes and Mountain views surround this gated community .
The best of both worlds. Close to shopping, restaurants, and all activities in Scottsdale. We specifically chose Marbeya because it is intimate and smaller than some of the other gated communities. We remodeled this space for our own use as well so we were particular with the finishes and updated it with a fresh WHITE contemporary flare.
