Description A huge 3 story private home with a furnished basement for four floors of enjoyment. Great natural light, two TV area's with brand new flat screen tv's. This is in a great neighborhood (Old Town/Lincoln Park) near great restaurants and nightlife. Also only 2 miles from Wrigley Field! 3200 sq ft with 4 bedrooms on the second floor with a Murphy bed to act as a 5th bedroom or office. THIS HOME IS PERFECT FOR FAMILIES but please no parties (we do have strict fines)! The space Large 4 bedroom (all on same level) updated home on a very private street right in between Lincoln Park and Old Town. We do have 3 ring cameras outside the home. One on the doorbell, one by the patio and one above the garage. Covering these cameras will result in a fine and eviction. No exceptions. Steps to Armitage and Sheffield and to North/Clybourn. Home has new hardwood floors throughout and 2 trane Clean Effects ultra air cleaners installed in the HVAC system. Large basement with playground, first floor has nice sized office with built in Murphy bed for guests. Large open attic for entertaining and a wonderful sunroom off the master bedroom (Currently a playroom) 2 car attached garage with built in shelves and clean epoxy flooring.
