Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home in the heart of the Poconos. This four bedroom two bath home is located within the Penn Estates gated community.
Our home is newly renovated and decorated for your comfort and enjoyment! This bi-level home has everything you may need including a fully stocked kitchen that also has a wine cooler, a large living and dining room on the main floor, a game/family room on lower level, children's book and games, and so much more. The deck which is located off of the dining room has a grill as well as a seating area around a propane firepit! All linens, towels, basic necessities and toiletries are all provided for you during your stay! the bedrooms and bathrooms are as follows:
*Master bedroom on the main has a king bed with a full bathroom.
*2nd bedroom on lower level has a twin bunk bed.
*3rd bedroom on lower level has a queen bed.
*4th bedroom on lower level has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on the top.
In addition to the full bathroom in the master suite there is a full bathroom on the lower level that also has a laundry unit in it.

During your stay you will have access to community a selection of amenities including an outdoor pool, playgrounds, baseball field, volleyball court, as well as tennis and basketball courts. Amenity passes are available Memorial Day through Labor Day for the pool and lake. Six amenity passes are provided, additional passes may be purchased prior to your stay for 25$ each.
Feel safe and secure; Penn Estates is a gated community, all vehicles/persons will have to be registered in order to gain entry. No need for keys either as our home has an electronic keypad lock.
