This 2nd floor 3-bedroom/2 bath is just 1.5 blocks from the beach. It is located bt 54th and 55th on the ocean side of Asbury.
Although we have rented out our previous condos on VRBO we recently purchased this unit and it will be the first time we will be renting out this location.
A few feet from the 55th street shops and a short drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk and the next beachtowns Strathmere and Sea Isle City.
The unit comfortably sleeps 8 -9 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has an adjoining full bathroom and deck that is shared with the guest bedroom. The master also has Roku TV. The guest bedroom is also furnished with two queen size beds and TV (connected to Roku TV)
The deck takes you up to the roofdeck which promises great sunset views on clear days!
Kids/guests will enjoy the twin over full bunkbed and an extra twin in their own room and TV (Roku TV)
A second full bath is accessible by all in the hallway.
The kitchen opens into an airy living/dining room area which leads into a large deck.
There is an outside shower and parking.
