There are two living areas l(one w/ an ocean view), a fully stocked kitchen including a large kitchen table that seats 14! The deck off the kitchen has a large table and BBQ covered by a brand new sunscape. The front porch has a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. The backyard has a large seating area with umbrellas for shade around a firepit. A clotheslined is provided. The outdoor shower completes all of the shore house necessities. The backyard is completely fenced in. There is a separate outside attached cottage that has a 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The use of the cottage is an extra fee.
