Beautiful eclectic house on half an acre of a lovely yard. The outdoor space provides a vegetable garden, raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry patches, blueberry bushes, large mature trees, and fire pit. Across the street and within walking distance are wooded trails and creeks, concert hall, pool, and dinner theatre. We are close to major roads, yet in a pocket of serenity. Just a half a mile up are coffee shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and more.
The space
This unit is 1 of 3 in a large house, with 2 bedrooms and a loft. The living room has been recently renovated and has brand new hardwood floors, gas fireplace, and big screen television. Our back yard backs up to our neighbors’, so absolutely no parties or events, unless approved by host. Please keep a low volume and be respectful. There are additional rentable 2 apartments attached to the house, so you may occasionally see the family next door. We encourage quiet hours from 10pm-8am to be respectful of all guests. This space is ideal for families and quiet travelers.
If you would like more room, please consider renting the entire house, which comfortable sleeps 12.

There is a bus stop on the corner, 2 buildings down from us, or you will need a car for most of your day trips.

This is NOT our full time residence, but we do have some clothing here, out of sight, in our large walk in closets, with plenty of room for your clothing too.
