This condo in CAPE ROC is located at the beautiful, quiet end of Cape May on New Jersey Avenue--less crowds and more space to enjoy the sea, sun, and sand. Just a few short steps to the beach across Beach Ave (cross street Brooklyn Avenue), and accessible to all Cape May area attractions by car, bike, or on foot depending where you want to go.
The Cape Roc condo complex has a heated outdoor pool (in-season only) for swimming, sunbathing, and lounging.
Cape Roc provides a pleasant and clean environment with attractive grounds, and a family-oriented setting. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. All guests are required to respect the Cape Roc community and abide by the rules and regulations posted around the premises and that are provided in the Welcome Binder in the condo.
ABOUT THE CONDO UNIT:
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator and stair access. Baggage carts available for transporting your luggage. Private condo entrance.
Sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
NO PETS ALLOWED under any circumstances. SORRY, this is an association rule!

Central AC; ceiling fans in both living room and bedroom.
FREE private parking on-site (1 spot in the parking lot for guests) and FREE ample on-street parking in this upscale neighborhood.
KITCHEN area offers Kenmore range, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, microwave, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, basic cooking items, grilling tools, blender, etc. Dining area has a table and four chairs.
1 BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed (on the firmer side) with comforter, dresser with drawers and closet space for your belongings. A new 2023 Samsung SMART TV (Samsung channels and ready for streaming/no cable available) is wall mounted. Encased bed pillows and blankets provided. Hangers and shelving in closet.
LIVING ROOM features queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa and lounger chair, and wall-mounted new Samsung 55" SMART TV (Samsung channels and ready for streaming/no cable available).
**NOT INCLUDED -- LINENS, SHEETS, AND TOWELS -- ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GUESTS.** Linenladies.com is a local company that rents sheets and towels. You can make private arrangements with them if you need linens during your stay. It is highly recommended that you put in your order as early as possible to ensure delivery.

1 BATHROOM has a sink, medicine cabinet, cabinet with drawers, tub/shower combination with shower curtain and liner.
POOL (Open Memorial Day weekend through mid- to late-October depending on weather): Shallow and deep end, along with an enclosed baby pool area; outdoor shower; no lifeguard on premises. It is your responsibility to read and follow all pool rules posted at the pool and are available in the Welcome Binder in the condo for you and your family's safety. No badges needed.
GRILLING -- Weber gas grills and outdoor tables with umbrellas are available
BEACH -- 4 beach tags are provided for guests during the stay (in season: Memorial Day through Labor Day). Beach tags must be returned. Lost beach tags will involve a replacement charge of $50 per tag. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for your use. Life guards are posted at designated beach areas during the summer season. Swim in designated areas, be aware of rip tides, and always practice safety, especially with children.
AFTER THE BEACH -- Hose area for rinsing the sand from your feet, flip-flops, and beach equipment, located on the side of building nearest to beach, before re-entering the condo. Remove all sand before entering the condo.
Washers/dryers located on the third floor across from the elevator. Follow sign instructions posted on Laundry Room to download app to pay. Loads cost $2.50 each.
GARBAGE: Regular (bagged) garbage and (non-bagged) single-stream recycling bins are provided on the third floor (across from elevator). Removal of garbage from condo is the responsibility of guests. Follow signage directions in garbage area across from elevator.
Bicycle racks are available on premises. You can rent bikes and make arrangements for their delivery and pick up at Cape Roc.
Towels and bathing suits may not be hung on railings outside condo units -- condo association policy.
Welcome Binder in condo provides rules for condo, Wifi information, restaurant menus, and flyers for a wide range of area activities, and important and helpful information. Wifi info posted on refrigerator.
Children should not be left in the condo unsupervised at any time.
