Positive: Staff was very helpful and friendly

Negative: Toilet seat in our room was held on by one side. So if you weren’t careful, you would go for a ride sitting on the toilet. stain on bathroom wall. This room was supposed to be a suite but was extremely small. Literally no separate bedroom just a divider in the middle of the room was supposed to somehow make it a suite.
