Our 2200 square foot two level apartment is located in a safe area close to all the historic attractions including the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Located on historic Pine Street, this 3rd floor apartment is set in a colonial era building. The spacious living room has original hard wood floors, exposed brick walls and ceiling fans with two windows overlooking Pine Street. The apartment has all the modern conveniences.
For your safety your apartment is cleaned through the of a hydrostatic disinfection sprayer used in hospitals and hotels. We use a EPA registered sanitizer. It is a virucide that is highly effective for
use against Covid-19 and SARS-Covid -2. In addition you check in by lock box so it is contactless.
There are three bedrooms. The third floor bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a 30 square foot marble shower. The second bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and sink, and is located in the third floor hallway The two fourth floor bedrooms are on a floor by themselves, also overlooking Pine Street. We are near Old City, South Street with it’s many restaurants, the Reading Terminal Market and both Jeferson and Pennsylvania hospitals. There is a grocery store and pharmacy right around the corner. Bus routes 42,12,9, and 21 to Rittenhouse Square, Center City and the University of Pennsylvania are on the corner. There is coin op laundry in building.
