Summary: Not sure why I expected any different from an ESA--but there were clothes drying on bushes and all manner of people standing around the parking lot smoking, etc. The breakfast area is coffee and hidden muffins below the coffee (would not have known they existed but the very nice front desk staff told me). The room was great. Clean. Bed very comfy.
