There’s room for the whole extended family in this expansive single-family home! Plan your next reunion or BBQ with a HUGE back yard, gazebo, and plenty of parking to accommodate 12 guests. Just a leisurely stroll to the locally famous Beverly Triton Nature Park, beach and playground for full days playing in the water or an evening walk. Our renovated home also offers a spacious rec room ready for a game night, movie night or hangout. There’s a Weber grill and a fire pit for evening hangouts.
We do have well water that is treated with top-of-the-line systems making it drinkable and safe for use. However, due to the well water there may be a slight smell from time to time depending on the weather, climate, and sea conditions.
By agreeing to book you state you will follow house rules, not smoke anything inside the home, park less than 6 vehicles all in driveway, stick to the pre-approved guest number, keep noise to a minimum, check out promptly on time (11:00 am unless otherwise agreed) and respect neighbors. Every 10 minutes past check out time will assess a $30 late fee. My apologies for the formality, but there have been disturbances which cause turmoil to the neighbors and my housekeeper is a very trusted member of our team, her time is precious. - Carolyn & B4K Team
Guests will have the entire home to themselves and all areas minus the owner's closet are accessible.
The Primary Suite takes up the entire second floor with a king bed, lounge area and flat screen tv. The newly renovated ensuite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The suite includes a workspace away from the other guests with a chair and table for those who need time to work.
The main floor second and third bedrooms are roomy with queen beds and ceiling fans for your comfort. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds with 4 total twin beds. A brand-new sleeper sofa rounds out sleeping arrangements for 12.
Your whole family has space to spread out between our large living room with a brand-new flat screen, massive basement/recreation room with its own 65-inch tv, and a back yard you will be proud to share.
Outside, the grill, gazebo and fire pit offer lots of fun options to enjoy the outdoors in all types of weather. Drinks by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows, and lunch in the gazebo are just a few options for enjoying the space. Firewood is provided.
