This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE

PARKING

Massanutten has numerous activities for your stay. The resort offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, etc. There is also an indoor water park that is sure to provide great memories. As a benefit to booking one of our properties, I am a licensed REALTOR in the area and I am happy to provide with the latest market information on vacation homes available at Massanutten and even provide you with a complimentary tour of the resort. There is a $35/night pet fee PER pet which we will request separately. There is also a three night minimum for all weekends unless otherwise specified. If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.
