The utility room and the half bath are situated near the side door. Plenty of off street parking in the driveway.The rear family room offers additional living space. There is a full-size dining table that seats six, plus a sitting area. A sliding glass door leads to the spacious sun deck and private back yard with a gas grill. The adjacent master bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. There is a stall shower bathroom in this room. Ceiling fans throughout. Outside shower and large storage shed available for tenant use. Rental includes 5 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella). Sorry, no pets permitted. This is a PET FREE home, and NO SMOKING or Vaping on premises.
