Come and experience the beauty of Coatesville at our 3000 square foot property in the middle of beautiful Chester County with plenty of space for your group to relax and enjoy.
Our property features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as two living rooms and a dedicated office for plenty of space to spread out.
Our 3000 sq ft house has all the amenities needed to make you time here enjoyable! With a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy eating nook are located in the main hub of the house, with the dining room off to the side easily seating 8.
There is a living room off the kitchen with TV, gas fire place and game table for your enjoyment. Up a small flight of stairs is the TV room that boasts a 77" tv with a large leather couch and gas fireplace to cozy up and watch movies. The master bedroom with a king bed is off the tv room and has it's own private deck with chairs. The Master bath with full soaking tub and walk in shower are also on this floor.
3 other bedrooms are on the other side of the kitchen area - 1 king, 1 queen and 1 full bed with a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have there own TV's
The Basement offers a full workspace / office and a large laundry room.
There is also a full bathroom.
Our garage is the fun part with a full gym and ping pong table and corn hole for your enjoyment!
We have a fabulous deck of the kitchen with 4 seating areas. Outdoor dining for 8-10 people with a gas BBQ. Our trellised seating covers you from the sun and provides an enjoyable view & outdoor living space. We have a new hot tub, cold plunge tub and outdoor shower for truly relaxing. And lastly the fire pit for those chilly evenings or for just roasting smores!
A truly peaceful and tranquil setting in the heart of Chester County
You will have access to the whole house with the exception of a few locked closets. There is a large driveway for plenty of parking and if you are here with horses you can fit a trailer on the side of the house.
For an additional charge, horse stalls can be made available upon request.
