Trying to gather with family and friends, my place will be the warm place for it.
My condo has been designed with love and care to have my guests to comfortably sit and enjoy plenty of extra room while watching a show or sip a cup of tea or coffee with grandpa story, or dad political debate.
Hotel rooms will separate the friends and family, but my place will accommodate up to 10 people comfortably at an affordable price.
The space
1300 square foot condo in a suburb-like neighborhood with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has 2 queen bed for a couple and kids to lay on, a 60” tv to watch your shows and a desk to work. The guest room has a king size bed for friends to relax and enjoy a 55” tv and a desk to work on.
The living room is huge with a cozy 3 sitter couch, a convertible sofa bed to stretch your legs while watching the Sunday game night on 65” smart tv and a queen size bean bag to nap on.
The kitchen has a stove for baking craving, a fridge to store your groceries, a microwave to warm your meals, a coffee maker to start the day, a kettle and many more essential cookware to make a succulent dinner for everyone to enjoy in the dining area.
The dining room has a pub Island and a dining table and high seating chairs.
You can also chill in the balcony and hear the birds chantons before sunset.
Other details to know
The area is quiet, but the guest should acknowledge there is above noise from neighbors when they are walking.

The metro is 5 minutes drive. There are many buses around to get to DC or metro.
2 main avenues that go directly to DC in 20 minutes.

it's layback, and quiet. There are about 5 shopping centers within 2 miles radius a small park and a playground.
