This home is in the beautiful gated community of Arrowhead Lake. With a wood burning fireplace, two flatscreen smart TVs, game system, DVD player, board games and an outdoor fire pit, there’s plenty to keep you busy on property. There’s many beaches, pools, playgrounds, gym, a rental shack, billiards room, game room and activities the community offers. Visit Arrowhead’s website to see further details. We are within 30 minutes of so many fun places- Kalahari,Camelback,H2ooh,Mount Airy Casino, Mohegan Sun, many other ski resorts, lots of hiking and so much more.

Guest booking this rental must be 25 years of age or older. Any party booking this rental must be accompanied by at least one person 25 years of age or older. All quests staying under the age of 18 must be accompanied my a parent or legal guardian or have written consent from your guardian.

Temporary Membership Fee
The temporary membership fee is a mandatory fee that is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 12
and over.
In-season/Summer Season (May 15-Sept 15): $8 per person per day, $40 a week, or $100 per
month (1-6 Months).
Off-season/Winter Season (Sept 16-May 14): $2 per person per day.
Annual: $240 (6-12 month lease required)
Gate Card Fee
All subsequent vehicles charged $15 per vehicle.
Transaction Fee: $20 if filled out 5 days or less before stay.
$10 for registration 5 or more days prior to arrival as
Late Processing Fee: $25 for payment that is received less than 3 days prior to arrival.
-Upon arrival you will have to go to main gate/welcome center to obtain your gate cards and wristbands. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
For security purposes we have outdoor cameras. This is a vacation home so they are installed for the security of the home when we have no renters
