It is also ideally located with quick access to the Outlets on Rt.1, and across the street is the Breakwater & Junction Trailhead, which takes you to Lewes/Cape Henlopen State Park/Lewes Beach! This sought-after community has two in-ground community pools with lounge chairs and umbrellas (Pools typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day), fitness centers/clubhouses, tennis/basketball courts, and bicycle/walking paths. There is plenty of community parking and elevator access for guests.
