Summary: First front desk staff Melaik was outstanding employee. We got there on Thursday and elevators were a mess one worked but took for ever! Melaik was kind enough on Friday to move us to first floor . we had a family member who could not do stairs. My room had a broken toilet seat report the issue multiple times never got fix.Had to figure out how to sit on it with out injuring myself . curtains were broken could not open them. Rooms were never cleaned and the housekeeper told us she does not speak english only arabica. Weekend kids running up and down hall and banging on our doors all hours of the night. The rooms were worn and tired. This hotel needs major help.
