We are 15 minutes from Akron Canton Airport and 35 minutes from Cleveland International Airport. You will be pressed to find a short-term rental that offers the size, convenience in location, and privacy in the inner city.
We are also within minutes of all of Akron's world-class hospitals, Including Akron Children's, The Veterans Administration, Summa, and Akron General.
The neighborhood is the inner city and you will notice that 3 out of 5 houses in the neighborhood are nicely maintained and have been renovated recently, whereas 2 out of 5 are clearly crowded with random junk outside.
This home is in the Summit Lake area of Akron and the city is putting a lot of money into upgrading and renovating the neighborhood. Just a few blocks away is the brand new Nature Center which the famous 101 Mile Ohio Towpath runs right alongside, so bring your running/walking and jogging legs and go explore off of IRA Ave, and park at the Nature Center. Or
if you feel lucky bring a fishing pole and throw the cast off the dock.
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration for other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park only in the driveway or the devils' strip but not on the grass. Otherwise anywhere on the street on either side.
No smoking or substances inside the Airbnb. Butts must be disposed of in an ashtray in the backyard of the property. No signs of smoking should be left anywhere on the premises. This includes butts left on the ground. A $450 fine will be assessed if we have to pick up cigarette butts on the property or fumigate the home for the following guest.
No parties or public events of any kind. Unless requested prior to booking. Additional fees and a deposit will apply.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is firm. If unregistered guests arrive without notice, the booking is subject to immediate cancellation without a refund.

For, your family and friends ( & pets) safety, this property has exterior cameras (audio/video), ring doorbells and blink cameras that are in plain view in public spaces, front yard, and back yard and are monitored regularly.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin and outside receptacles at check-out.
Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.
Curb your pets and comply with neighbors as far as barking complaints.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Also please turn the heat down to 55 when leaving. AC is off or set to 72 otherwise in warmer months.
Report any problems in a timely manner and allow us to rectify the problem first.
On check-out, if time permits: wash dishes, strip rooms of dirty linens and take to basement, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
