Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The porch and parking was nice. The layout of the rooms were pretty good. Close enough to the beach access that it was a small walk and really didn't need to use a car or golf cart besides to haul beach gear to and from.

Negative: The doors don't have real locks/handles, just hooks and bolts, which made certain rooms more annoying to get in and out of. No proper curtains on the windows, would have been nice to have any sort of curtain besides blinds (which most there are broken or don't even work) to limit light at 6am for long nights up.

Summary: Overall a great property. A little outdated. Golf cart not included, was useful but not needed.
