The lower level is purposely designed to entertain with an 85” smart TV w/ surround sound bar and full living room set up with a Fill size leather couch, loveseat and matching oversized chair. The lower level also features a Foosball table, Air hockey table, and Classic arcade game featuring titles such as Ms. Pacman and Galaga. There are also classic board games for group play and a complimentary snack bar featuring beverage center, a full size popcorn maker and plenty of other potato chips and cookies. A full size laundry room with a Samsung washer and dryer complements the lower level plus a powder room for the guest. There is also a full size fitness gym on the lower level featuring a “Smith Machine” workout station with pulleys for additional exercises and Big Box Gym quality Treadmill and Stationary Bike with Dumbbells, Bosu ball and yoga mat. Adjacent to the gym is an oversized 1 car garage with metallic epoxy flooring. The lower level also leads to our outdoor living space in the backyard. We have a Blackstone grilling station next to our extra large Floating deck with covered gazebo and with a fold down 65 inch TV for your viewing enjoyment. Last but not least, we have a “HOT TUB” section that has enough seating to accommodate 4 guests for a truly spa like experience. No Smoking inside the unit, only at designated area in Back yard by smoking post.
