Set on 11 peaceful acres, this charming home is an ideal home base for vacationing families or those competing at some of the nearby horse show venues, including the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC), just 10 miles north. This home is also less than a half-mile from the state line and conveniently close to several wineries, hiking trails, golf courses, and Lake Bowen for boating and fishing. Additionally, the tiny town of Tryon, NC is home to an annual independent film festival, several art galleries, and a big and supportive equestrian community.
With its majestic mountain sunsets and pastoral setting, this restored 1945 farmhouse boasts modern updates and amenities for a comfortable stay. The well-equipped full kitchen for easy meal prep, an adjacent dining area for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a comfortable living area with plush seating and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. (The fireplace is not operational.)
