Located in downtown Philadelphia (South Philadelphia/Dickinson Narrows). A short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. This neighborhood offers close proximity to Passyunk Square with all the great restaurants, bars, cafes (voted top 10 foodie street in America!). This place is a real gem!

*** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund.
We kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation if you, your group, or your reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following:
