This 3 B/R home has a backyard oasis with a shade sail to shade the backyard as well as a private pool (HEATING OPTIONAL with fee) . Shade sail added to shade a portion of the backyard and patio from the intense AZ sun. Perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay with lounge area and BBQ grill.
This listing is for the entire home including the resort like backyard with pool (HEATING OPTIONAL) and patio area and gas barbecue grill. The home is 1600 square feet with high vaulted ceilings and new furnishings. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.
SLEEPING AREAS:
Master suite with king-size bed and attached full bathroom
Private bedroom with queen size bed
Private room with 2 twin size beds
Guest bathroom in hallway
COMMON AREAS:
Large Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room and a fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed)
PARKING:
Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles, 2 Garaged. No overnight street parking allowed.

POOL:
Heating Optional - the pool is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24-36 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($60/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $350, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

Groups will have access to all areas of the home. You also have access to the laundry room if you`ve been on the road for a while, and the kitchen in case you want to cook a home-cooked meal.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations.
Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.
Other Things to Note:
Please do not park in the rock area in front of the gates.
