Summary: It is a VERY basic, no-frills hotel. The exterior is pretty drab, and the block is generally in very rough shape. A lot of unhoused people hanging out right next door. The door to the hotel is keyed entry though, so it is safe. There is no workout facility, no pool, no water fountain, and the ice machine is in the basement. At the end of the day, it is a place to go to sleep.
