Pet Fees: Please message us if you would like to bring your dog and we can discuss. We are pet friendly ONLY to respectful dog owners that have well behaved and trained dogs. We have plenty of added amenities for your furry friends! There will be an additional cleaning fee of $200 per stay added to all reservations that include dogs. Dogs may not be left unattended inside unless they're contained in a crate. We have a limit of two dogs per stay.
Bring your boat and launch from your very own private boat launch (NOAA Chart 12233, **ramp access is only permitted under dry conditions on land and during high tide).
We've also got bikes (and maps) if you want to take an adventure around the Chesapeake. This charming post and beam house sits on 14+ acres of land with water views from every room.
You'll have water views of St. Jerome's Creek and the Chesapeake Bay in the distance from just about every window of this beautiful post and beam style farm house! The gourmet kitchen will provide your group's designated chef with the tools they need to make your getaway a culinary dream. The master suite is on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the upper level. The apartment above the garage has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a full kitchen for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the property. There's also an EV charger in the garage
Laundry room and access to the attached two car garage is on the first floor. Plan your next family holiday at Dameron Farm on The Water and start creating those priceless memories. You'll have the entire farm to explore as your own.
When you travel inland, you'll come across more farms and on the other side of the point, the beautiful Chesapeake shoreline (which is only 1 mile away). There are three beach cruiser bikes in the garage. (If you're an avid road cyclist, the road leading to the farm is gravel so you may want to have someone take you to the main road to start your ride.)
