This comfortable mountainside townhome has beautiful mountain views and is about an eight-minute walk up the stairs on the mountain trail to the lifts at Warm Springs. With plenty of room to entertain, this home is perfect for friends or family gatherings. In the summer, you can enjoy a barbecue and listen to the warm springs river on the new deck. During winter months, cozy up around the fireplace after a day of skiing.
At the top of the hill on Warm Springs Road, a bus stop can take you into town or to the slopes. A private stairway at the end of the road will connect skiers to the warm springs lifts with just a short walk. In the winter, River Run and Warm Springs have world-class runs for the avid skier. Head to Dollar Mountain, about four miles away, for lighter skiing. Ketchum and Sun Valley offer excellent dining options and shopping. Bald Mountain offers hiking, biking, and paragliding in the summer. Also, this charming retreat has direct river access, which is ideal for fishing during the summer months.
