Antique shutters. Faux fireplace. Old world's charm. 15 min walk to journal sq path. 15 min to world trade center and 25 min to 33rd street path station in Manhattan. One stop to downtown jersey city, three stops to Hoboken with lots of night life options, cafes, restaurants. Unfortunately, I can't accept children who are younger than 12 years of age. I cannot accept pets. My studio is not wheelchair accessible. Other than these I do not discriminate people on any kind of variable. Everyone is welcome to my studio.
As I have three permanent tenants in the building, there's no partying, no loud noise and no smoking in the apartment is allowed.
