Welcome to Paxinos Pines – our cozy chalet in amenity-filled Arrowhead Lake Community, located 2 hours from Philly and 2.5 hours from NYC! Plus, we are located within 30 minutes of fun at Jack Frost, Camelback, Big Boulder, and Kalahari!
Our chalet provides the perfect getaway any time of year! Whether you’d like to enjoy a cup of coffee on the large deck, engage in fun board game, or indulge in a delicious s’more over the outdoor fire pit, you will surely find the comforts of home and more.
INDOOR LIVING: Our home offers 2 bedrooms, an open loft bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms; comfortably sleeps 8 with 5 beds. On the first floor, you will find the living and dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. The second-floor open loft includes a queen bed, 2 twin XL beds, a half bathroom, and a cozy sitting area for the kids with some family board games. Your stay includes access to a stocked kitchen with all the necessities, washer/dryer, towels, and linens, as well as HBO and Netflix streaming services and an antenna.
KITCHEN INCLUSIONS: Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, drinkware, cook/bakeware, serving ware and utensils, Brita filter pitcher, ice cube trays, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, crockpot, electric pressure cooker, electric griddle, along with hand and dish soaps, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and trash bags.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Outdoors you will find a spacious deck (gate at the top) with casual seating, a dining area, and a propane grill, as well as a great firepit area with Adirondack chairs.
PARKING: Driveway with space for up to 3 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted; violators will be fined and towed by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association.
EXTRAS: Indoor propane fireplace, washer/dryer, towels and linens, board games, beach chairs, beach towels, various sporting equipment, sound machines, and USB charging blocks.
NOISE: Please be considerate of neighbors. Loud music/noise after 9 pm Sunday-Thursday nights and after 10 pm Friday-Saturday nights may be reported to security. Parties/events are strictly prohibited.
TRASH: We offer a place to store trash and recyclables during your stay; however all trash and recycling must be taken to the Trash Center before departure.
**A four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended during the winter/snowy season.

Arrowhead Lake Community is a gated community - which provides added safety - that offers several amenities including beach access, outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), playgrounds, indoor gym, and more.
Arrowhead Lake Community is managed by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association (ALCA). Hosts are required to register all guests with the ALCA. Guests are responsible to provide information to hosts for registration. Nightly rates include ALCA registration and the first vehicle gate access card. Additional vehicle gate access cards ($20 per vehicle, up to 3 vehicles) will be collected following the booking reservation.
