When you walk into this charming 1930s home, you'll find many unique spaces to unwind and cozy up! This newly updated home is not perfect and still has the original creaky floors, however it offers so many special features to fit everyone's needs in your group. In addition to the three comfy bedrooms outfitted with bamboo sheets, you'll find a beautiful work space to create, read or write. The music room provides many windows to enjoy the sunlight, strum the guitar or watch your little ones play with the many toys provided. The living room space has its own small library for both children and adults, along with the most comfortable leather sofa with chaise. At the back of the house there is a movie/game room, equipped with a movie projector and foosball table, that walks out into a secluded outdoor retreat. A covered patio, includes an easy-to-lite gas fire pit, outdoor furniture to sit and chat with your friends and family while watching the wildlife and view of a beautiful mural designed and painted by a local artist. Outside we also provide an 8 ft picnic table, BBQ grill and another outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs and corn hole. This house is cozy, beautifully appointed and has close proximity to all of Chattanooga's gems both hidden and famous.

We have parking spaces in the driveway. It is easy to park at our place and take the sidewalk to Frazier Ave to access all the great things N. Chatt as to offer or cross any of the three bridges over to Bluffview Art District and on into our beautiful downtown Chattanooga. Ubers and Lifts are also easy to grab and only a 5 minute drive.
You'll be tucked away into one the most coveted neighbors in North Chattanooga, so close to all Chattanooga's delightful food and tourist spots. The neighborhood is quiet, full of large trees, wildlife and friendly neighbors. Provided with a digital comprehensive guidebook that provides everything you need know about the property and the surrounding area.
We pride ourselves on being good neighbors and ask that you treat our home and our neighbors as you would your own. Please do not remove items (including pillows & blankets) or furniture outside. We also ask that you only eat and drink in the kitchen and dining room area.
As noted in your Rental Agreement, we have strict policies regarding noise, smoking, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness. Additionally, due to an immunocompromised family member and this being our personal home throughout the year, we are exempt from accepting Service Animals.
By following these guidelines, you will ensure that the home stays in great condition for future guests as well as ensure we uphold our values and our promise to our neighbors.
