We are offering a duplex unit. It’s the lower unit.
It has 2 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. The bathroom has a shower. Very comfy place, walking distance to strip mall and grocery. Easy access to the airport, Grand Rapids Downtown and outlet mall. Bike trail across the street.Also easy access to US-131 and M-6. Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Living room has a couch, smart TV, dining table and a shelve with games for adults and children, plus books.

We have a outdoor area, a playground, and a big yard for the kids to play.
