About the cottage
Pristine, fully renovated lake front couple’s retreat in the heart of the finger lakes located on Waneta Lake. Waneta Lake is an approximately 780-acre lake located in northwestern Schuyler County about two miles west of Tyrone. Waneta Lake is often mentioned collectively with Lamoka Lake which is just to the south and connected by a 0.7-mile canal that flows through the Waneta-Lamoka Wildlife Management Area. Except for the southernmost portion of the lake, the shoreline is composed of year-round and seasonal homes and cottages.
The space
Enter the spacious living room and open kitchen area. Living room has electric fireplace for both extra heat and ambiance. Full size kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home. Bedroom and bathroom are beautifully appointed.
You will enjoy your own private patio outside the front door furnished with table. tiki bar and grill. You also have access to shared waterfront patio with firepit for sunsets and marshmallows. Our property is available for long weekends only allowing for leisurely arrival and departure. We also provide off street parking on our manicured grounds. Owners on site
