Just a 6 min drive down Route 441 beyond the Village of Penfield, you'll reach the Intersection of Routes 441 & 250. Here you'll find commercial shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences such as the Post Office. The Cottage just 4 minutes beyond that intersection.

-Take 441 east to get to small towns of Walworth, Gananda, and beyond (6-8 min)
-Take 441 west to get to the Village of Penfield for Food and/or Shops (7 min)
-Take Rt. 250 south to get to the Quaint Village of Fairport and the Historic Canal (8 min)
-Take 441 west to head in to the City (15 min)
Fall is the best time to visit local farms nearby our cottage! Pick Pumpkins, grab donuts, cider, or shop at these nearby Farm markets!

When you arrive to the cottage, you will see that the driveway is shared with the neighbor next door. There is plenty of parking space right in front of the place (up to 2 cars please).
*Note that the driveway is sloped significantly and could possibly present a challenge in the winter for cars that are not 4-Wheel Drive.
*Also note that due to the slope, low lying vehicles can sometimes can scrape underneath when exiting the driveway. SUVs and trucks do not have an issue. We have tips for how to avoid this in our house manual.
This cozy cottage is a quaint and small, tucked up on a hill just off of Penfield Rd. The large and lush green property and neighboring horse stable lend a rural feel to the area, though you are right near all of the conveniences in Penfield.
