Located in Lusby, MD and just a quick 10 minute ride to Solomons Island your family and friends will be close to fun, peace and relaxation! Visit nearby Lake Lariat, the neighborhood playground, our two neighborhood Beaches, and basketball court. You’ll also be close to Calvert Cliffs, Cove Point Park and Pool and Solomons Island Boardwalk, plus much more!

We offer an easy self-check-in with a Check-In time of 3PM and at the end of your stay a check-out time of 11AM.
We will gladly accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests whenever possible. Please just send a message regarding your preference. Of course, you may arrive at a later time or leave at an earlier time if you wish.
Service animals are always welcome at no charge. Fees still apply for Emotional Support/Therapy animals.
We provide a starting supply of items such as dish detergent, hand soap, cleaners, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, toilet paper, basic spices, and olive oil.
Also provided are bed sheet sets w/pillows, comforters, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Personal hygiene/toiletries/beauty items
Trash is collected from trash cans located at side driveway on Wednesdays and Weekends. No need to move the trash cans on trash pickup day!
No worries, we will always be available if you need to reach out with questions or concerns during your stay.
Check-out is simple:
Put your dishes in the dishwasher
Put your trash outside
Leave parking pass(es) on counter
Turn off all lights
Lock all entrances
Our Furry Friends Policy:
At our Cozy Catalina Cabin, we put additional time and effort into cleaning,
removing our furry friends hair and cleaning carpets so every guest can
have a clean and cozy environment.
With that said, our policy is to charge $50 per stay for up to 6 pets,
including Emotional Support and Therapy Animals barring any pet damage has occurred during your stay.
Per law, Service Animals are always welcome at the property at no charge and should always accompany their owners whenever leaving the property
and are not allowed to be left alone at the property.
Please add your pets, Emotional Support or Therapy Animals at the time of booking or you can just send a message to us and we'll add the additional charge.
