Two level 2BR/1BA renovated DC row house with Capital dome views from the street conveniently located to everything DC has to offer. 4 blocks to the Convention Center & Metro Green/Yellow line stop, 5 min walk to a Safeway grocery w/Starbucks, 10 min walk to nearest cluster of great restaurants, excellent bakeries and cafes/bars, 25 min walk to the National Mall ( or a very short Uber ride). Capital Bikeshare and 96 Bus across the street. Located in historic Mt. Vernon Square neighborhood. The space The house is a two story historic DC row house with modern finishes. It has been extensively remodeled, with large master bedroom and second bedroom with excellent light, closet space and open space concept on the main floors that connects with a modern kitchen. We tried to maintain some of the original details of a 100+ year old row house. The master bedroom has a real queen size mattress and bed frame. The second bedroom is smaller and has a queen size real bed. The living room sofa is a queen size sofa bed. Guest access Keyless entry, unit can be entered at any time. Entry code is sent the day before check-in. Interaction with guests We may not meet you, but available at any time via the App (preferred) or phone/SMS/email. Other things to note You can see the Capital from the street as you enter the house. This majestic view is a great reminder of living/staying in the nation's capital. There is a bus stop close to the house along with Capital Bikeshare. Great location in a great row house.
