This unit is centrally located in Chautauqua Institution, just a short walk from Chautauqua Lake. Right next to Miller Park, this condo has a ground floor entrance, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The side entrance is on the right side of the Arcade building off Simpson Ave. Central air/heat, washer/dryer, small porch. No parking in the summer. Sleeps 4-6 Max. Master bedroom: California King with attached bath with shower only no tub; Bedroom #2: 2 twins with bath (tub and shower) just across a small hall way. There is a full kitchen with a dinning/living room and flat-screen smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom, ceiling fan in the master bedroom, private entrance on the first floor. This unit is equipped with WIFI and ROKU services. This unit is an excellent choice for your Chautauqua Institution season rental. **NO SMOKING/PETS** *RENTS SAT-SAT*
