The space
This lovely home features a gas-burning fireplace in the living room with several comfortable couches for relaxing. The kitchen has a toaster oven, coffee maker, bean grinder, microwave, blender, baking sheets, Tupperware, oven, stove and enough dishes for 10. Our master bedroom 1st floor has a brand new white cedar, Amish-made log bed frame for its king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and adjacent bathroom. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms plus an additional loft. The 1st upstairs bedroom has 2 bunk beds for 4 children plus a queen-size bed for an awesome kids' room. The 2nd upstairs bedroom is the 2nd great couples room with a queen-size bed and double-padded Serta mattress. The loft has a queen-size bed. Gas grill for cooking and a stone-sided fire pit where you can have conversations at night outside makes this home an outdoor-indoor find. Insulated patio with a ping pong table and outdoor picnic bench with lots of seating provides the quintessential, fun mountain experience. We have a brand new beautiful outdoor deck. You get all the bells and whistles for an entertaining stay here.
Guest access
Guests have access to Lake Beach, grills, Volleyball court, basketball courts and tennis courts. We have a golf cart additional to get around and up to three people in kayaks. It is a gas golf cart. If gas is needed, please take the red container and fill it with 89 octane at a local gas station. Also, there is an electric tire pump if the tires need a little air. There is even a small Ski slope in Locust Lake Village for beginner practice! In addition, there is a lodge in the village with a lounge and business center. For instructions to get the key to the house, please contact me.
It is close to Camelbeach water park, Ski Slope, Jack Frost 18 Hole Golf Course, Kalahari, Mount Airy Casino, and Pocono white water rafting.
Other things to note
In addition, Locust Lake Village charges a $5 per vehicle registration fee to help us maintain the private roads in our community. All cars that will be in Locust Lake Village must be registered. If you're renting a car, no worries! Just write in "rental car TBD" for the vehicle information and you will supply the information when you arrive and check-in at the community. You can pay the fee with a credit card when you fill out the online registration form. THIS WILL NEED TO BE FILLED OUT 48 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN OR YOU COULD INCUR A $50 FINE OR RESERVATION COULD BE CANCELED.
Where it says ‘please list all individuals residing at the house,’ please list only the names of those guests 12 and older who will be staying. (Kids under 12 do not require amenities wristbands)
