Guests have access to the ENTIRE house with seasonal private pool, large deck, private hot tub, and fire pit!

•Firepit ring on property with wood available for additional fee. Let us know before arrival if you'd like us to provide wood, you can also bring your own.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for fresh cooked meals during your stay. Guests can use the refrigerator and stock with their own groceries. The electric flat-top stove and oven are professionally cleaned and ready for use.
Guests have private access to the entire 4 bedroom house including kitchen.
The pool and hot tub are maintained and ready for use right when you check in! Please note the hot tub should one be used by adults, 18+. Pool is SEASONAL, only opened mid May-Mid September weather permitting.
There is a washer/dryer but it is only accessible for guests staying over 1 week. Short term rentals will not have access.

No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.
Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.
Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Pittsburgh – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
