Conveniently located near several key attractions. Claytor Lake is particularly close, being only about a 10-minute drive away, which offers a variety of outdoor activities including swimming, hiking, and boating.
The house is conveniently located between two major universities —approximately 8 miles from Radford University and about 18 miles from Virginia Tech
All areas around the house are accessible by Guests. There is a firepit off to the side of the house, along with a small stack of firewood for you use.
Please note that there is no access to the lake. But the home is located within minutes from the Claytor Lake State Park!

From the vicinity of Claytor Lake State Park, start by exiting via State Park Rd. Turn right onto Wilderness Rd and travel for about 3.4 miles. Then, take a right turn onto Claytor Dam Rd and proceed for approximately 0.9 miles. You will find Tradewinds Rd on your left; follow this road to its end. Continue straight past a brick column marked with a "B," and proceed down the graveled driveway, which will lead directly to the house.
Parking spaces are located in front of the garage door. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars, and the parking area has enough room to turn a boat trailer around if you choose to bring your boat!

- Do not run air conditioning with doors open
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out
- Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm - 8am) will be notified once, and then asked to leave on the second violation.
