Relax, work, or celebrate in this clean, comfortable space! Our 2 bedroom home with completely refurbished bathroom will sleep 3-4 comfortably. Please let us know how many are staying so we can best prepare the space for you!
WORK AND LIVING SPACE
Hi-speed wifi is available along with a comfortable office chair and desk for you to catch up on emails or surf the web. The large couch and oversized arm chair are both great for sprawling out and watching TV or reading a good book. Both face the large front picture window with views of the Catalina Mountains just beyond Palo Verde Neighborhood's oldest landmark WWII quonset hut. Outside on the back porch enjoy an evening meal at the patio table with 4 chairs or catch some rays on the loungers.
ENTERTAINMENT
There is HDTV with access to standard cable or any of your Apple TV favorites. For those familiar with Apple TV, you can log into your iTunes, Netflix, Hulu or countless other entertainment and media accounts (just be sure to logout before you go!)
For those not familiar, you can still watch standard basic cable or try out Apple TV by following the instructions left for you.
The living room entertainment center includes a Phillips Surround Sound Sound Bar which you can also connect to your smart phone directly to play music. Or using Apple TV you can access your entire iTunes library/playlists and internet radio.
The hallway bookshelf also contains some board games, novels and cookbooks for your use.
KITCHEN and DINING
The bright and cheery kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook full meals. From cheese grater to corkscrew, colander to potato peeler, wine glasses to beer glasses, frying pan to muffin got you covered. If there is still an item you desperately need, just ask!

BEDROOMS
The Master bedroom has a comfy queen bed with bedside lamps and shelves on both sides. There are four large drawers under the bed for storage, along with ample closet space for hanging clothes (plenty of hangers!) and storing suitcases. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
The Second bedroom has a full sized futon bed that can sleep two cozily. There is a pine dresser and pine drawer units along with hooks and hangers for clothes storage.
Both bedroom beds are fitted with 100% cotton linens, down comforters with duvet covers and when blinds are closed they are "blackout" style, so you can sleep in!
BATHROOM
The entire bathroom was refurbished April 2016 to include brand new tub/shower, new tile, new sink/cabinet, new toilet and fresh paint. Soap, shampoo/conditioner, extra toilet paper, hair dryer and plenty of fresh towels are provided for your convenience.
BACKYARD and PATIO
There is a large shaded patio off the back kitchen door where you can enjoy your coffee or a meal and a large yard for your pet to enjoy! There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per stay.
