This 3 acre Home with Private Pond on property, is located in Stevensville/Kent Island has a quiet & peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The first floor has the Kitchen, Living Room with a large sectional sofa, a Full Bathroom, a Sauna w/Shower, the Master Bedroom with King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed.
Located on the upper level a Loft that sleeps 6 with 2 Full-Sized Beds and a Full Pullout Sofa. Upper level also has a 3 Bedroom with a King-Size Bed and Full Bathroom.
There are Smart TV's with streaming services in the living room and Master Bedroom. The House also has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc.
