Charlestown has that laid back Cape Cod feel. Pass to Charlestown Beach and Blue Shutters Beach worth $425. The neighborhood is extremely quiet even though it's a bike ride to the ocean and Ninigret Pond. Why? Because there is only one entrance to Tockwotten Cove (the name of the neighborhood) and no possible destination within except private residences. So, nobody but your neighbors enter the neighborhood. The house is only 3/10 of a mile from Ninigret Pond and Tockwotten Club (but club use isn't allowed). Short drive to Block Island Ferry, Narragansett or Watch Hill (Taylor Swift's beach house). Eat at the famous Matunuck Oyster House or the nearby Breachway Restaurant. If you're a karaoke fan, try the Cove Restaurant in Charlestown.
