A fully-stocked kitchen comes with all the modern appliances you need - a dishwasher, gas oven, refrigerator, and more.
30 feet of a landscaped backyard with fairy lights to complete it all. We do have a propane BBQ too!
Every room is fitted for our guests comfort including shades darkening rooms & outlet covers as well as 3 Streaming TVs-- we even have a Natuzzi pull-out couch if extra guests decide to join along too!
Lastly: don't forget about our large capacity washer/dryer combo onsite — perfect for extended trips!
All access to the house. We will lock two closets for personal belongings. We do leave items in our top pantry that is marked Private.
On the second floor, there is a dresser and a closet for guest use. There is a large closet on the third floor for any clothes that need to be hung up as well!

You're also only one block away from Fourth Street's foodie paradise — with a greengrocer, coffee shops, restaurants, and boutique stores around every corner! Parking is plentiful before 7pm. There's free parking until 7 a.m. during weekdays when school is in session; over weekends parking won't cost you anything between Friday evening and Monday morning!
