We shall provide: One Bath, one hand & washcloths towels per paid guest. Linens are professionally made and on bed ready for you.
PARKING: Free street parking on weekends and overnight. Permit is required to park all day. Please obey street signs. Homeowners not responsible for issues related to parking. We are able to apply for a permit for street parking with stays over 14 days. Cost: $75 per permit.
CLEANING FEE: There is an additional $150 cleaning fee for stays over 14 nights. We will be sending separate invoice for this fee should your stay be longer than 14 nights.
Located within 15 minutes walk away from Target, Best Buy, local eateries, restaurants, shops and metro (Columbia Heights metro). 24 hour grocery store (Safeway), Walmart and many more.
Your space is equipped with an electronic lock/keypad for easy access. Codes are not dispatched until after 3:00 PM on the day of check in.
The cleaning fee includes the linens and towels, which are professionally laundered by third party laundromat.
