We welcome you to our little enclave of 6 full size homes which we call our Tanque Verde Casitas, spread out on our 5.7 acres,
This home is called Casita 1, and enjoys 4 Bedrooms with 3 King Beds and one Full or Queen Bed. The Full Bathroom is remodeled w granite countertops and undermount sink, with high flow shower w bath tub.
We will be adding an extra bath soon too, ask for timing in 2023.
The King Master BR has a large 12' wide closet, and is the only room with carpet, nice $40/yard carpeting that is just a few years old. The rest of the house is all new 18' Custom Travertine Tile flooring custom installed throughout, including all the other BR's, Bath, Living Room, Dining table Area, Kitchen and Halls.
We have a large stainless steel fridge, and an extra fridge /freezer located on the back porch with its own washer and dryer, and BBQ in its own back courtyard just outside the kitchen door.
The pool is 50' away and is a large 18 x 42' huge pool, and we built lots of extra deck space to enjoy too with lots of tables, seating, 10+ chaises, and a BBQ there too. Plus your own gas BBQ at each home. Very seldom used by other guests, yet is available to all six of the homes on the property
Comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen w appliances and gadgets, blender, coffee grinder, and coffee maker, microwave, new stainless dishwasher, oven w glass top range, pantry, spices, wine glasses & nice assortment of utensils.
We grow organic herbs and other goodies which we appreciate if you wish to join in the process and enjoy.
Cox Wifi with two extenders in home, and premium directv is available and included for free with lots of movie channels HBO, CINEMAX etc, and lots of sports and others in its 300+ channel lineup in included in the Premium Package

Long time Tucson Resident since 1974, from Glencoe Illinois originally, UA graduate, Licensed Broker specializing in land and lot acquisitions for custom homes, as well as investment homes for those looking to buy like a pro - i can help. Licensed since 1979 in Tucson (also CA Broker in Mid 1980's to 90's) and Owner of this property. We are turning this great enclave into a special getaway or family compound, and we love the new organic gardens being planted
I am an instrument rated Pilot, a golfer and tennis player, as well as skier for my favorite three sports. I enjoy bike rides and races from time to time as well as hiking into our best areas, especially when scoping out new home-sites for our next development, or custom design/build home or ourselves or investors.
I love to cook and always try new adventures I learn online or on TV shows, lots of fun, and I am an enthusiast for good Red Wines (and IPA beers)
