Summary: I have stayed here before, but this was tge last time. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights. My room was never serviced. The bathtub and toilet were disgustingly dirty. I bought two gallons of bleach to disinfect them both. One gallon into the tub with straight hot water filled and let sit for a couple of hours. The ice machine was not working, so there was a cooler with a few frozen bags of ice to get some. I took two showers. The water was plenty hot, and the water pressure was great. A full sized fridge, but no water supply for ice. No coffee service. Cold AC. But I have nothing else good to say. The location is convenient to Natural Bridge, but overall, I just cannot justify ever staying here again.

Summary: Cheap motel but everything I needed for just 1 night stay. People running the place were very helpful. Was convenient to have the diner next door. Decor all a bit dated, but everything worked and it was a good nights stay.

Summary: Linens were clean but other areas of the room were questionable. No water on the second night and morning but they did refund that day. It appears they've attempted to keep the property up but details were very lacking.

Summary: Room was nice, no real issues other than no coffee maker. Parking lot and entrance need a lot of maintenance. Property has no amenities but the location is convenient. Its a bit pricey for what is offered but overall not too bad.
