There are two master bedroom suites with king sized beds, walk-in closets and modern bathrooms. Two other bedrooms, each with a private bath, have twin
beds. A pull out sofa bed in the living room provides space for two additional guests. Special trim work and muted colors throughout add to the coastal style
charm.
A screened porch across the back of the home has a beautiful view of the patio with new private pool/spa and a lagoon. The downstairs area by the pool has
everything to relax and enjoy the outdoors plus a new built-in gas grill. The pool and spa may be heated, spring and fall for an additional fee. You may use the
garage along with plenty of parking space on the driveway. Three car passes are included.
